1. Shipping Coverage

Heart On Fire LLC currently ships to European destinations only. Shipping availability may vary depending on the specific delivery address and local delivery conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and order value. Free standard shipping becomes available once the order reaches the required minimum amount.

  • Shipping Fee: Orders below €89.00 are charged a €4.99 shipping fee. Orders of €89.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the European delivery address and order value.

4. Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Europe: 10–18 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics capacity, local courier delays, remote delivery areas, or peak shipping periods.

5. Logistics Carriers

Orders from Heart On Fire LLC are shipped through reliable logistics partners. Depending on the destination within Europe, packages may be delivered by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, local postal services, or other regional courier partners.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers can track their shipments through the carrier's website or our order tracking page.

7. Delivery and Signature

Most shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, certain carriers, delivery locations, or order values may require a signature to ensure secure delivery of the package.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer support team will assist you with the investigation and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Taxes, Duties and Import Fees

Product prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and already include applicable taxes where required. Customers will not need to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden import fees after checkout.

We provide DDP shipping for eligible European orders. This means Delivered Duty Paid: applicable duties, import charges, and related customs fees are handled by us or our logistics partners before delivery, so your order can be delivered without additional duty payment requested from you upon arrival.

If any tax, duty, or import-related amount applies to your order, it is already included in the product price or reflected during checkout. You will not be charged extra customs duties or import fees after payment.
